Doesn't care
My experience with Dr. Findlay is she doesn't care. My abnormal bloodwork was overlooked because it wasn't far enough out of the normal range for her to care. I was struggling with extreme fatigue and diabetes and she sent me away, telling me to watch my diet. No insulin. I did what I was told, knocked sugar completely out of my diet, 20 grams of carbs a day, lost 30 lbs (great). But 2 weeks after my last visit with her, due to the extreme fatigue, I fell asleep and wrecked my vehicle with my my 3 and 4 year old in the back seat. I'm not just struggling with diabetes, I'm also struggling with another autoimmune disorder. She didn't care.

Patient and helpful
I switched to Dr. Findlay earlier this year after becoming frustrated with my then primary provider. She spent about 45 minutes with me on my first visit, questioning and listening to me. She ordered my routine tests and then we met again to go over results. I highly recommend her to my friends and everyone. My husband switched a few months later to her for his primary care. We are both happy and impressed!

Very disappointed
I saw Dr Findlay one time. I have major depressive disorder and was really struggling at that time. I needed support, understanding and medicine adjustments. I cried most of the visit, and she barely even looked my way. She didn’t try to understand my disease process or appear to be empathic in any way. She is robotic and all business. If you want your doctor to be understanding, empathetic and truly help you, I would not recommend her.
