Pretty unresponsive
Had an endoscopy and was handed a prescription as I was coming out of anesthesia. Asked how long I would need to take it. Was told forever. Got no information from the doctor on my condition. Was initially sent the wrong diagnosis via e-mail. That was rescinded and the actual diagnosis was sent- no explanation, no information, no nothing. Had some questions about the medication. Staff was pretty rude. Was sent for follow up after another gastrointestinal problem. Doctor not concerned. When my primary care doc called to discuss the issue she failed to respond. Poor communicator. I was sent to someone else who was caring and kind, attentive and responsive. This woman may be good at What she does but I saw no evidence of that and felt passed over, ignored, disrespected and like I was a person of no consequence. I would be hard pressed to return to her for anything.

She is great. I had been to two other GI Drs before I saw Dr Adrain. A good friend recommended i see her and I am so glad I did. She is one smart lady but beyond that she is excellent at what she does. She takes the time to listen to you. I never felt rushed. In the end she was able to address what was ailing me!

This was my first visit, had symptoms, so was a bit anxious. From the check in to Dr. Adrain's consult and exam, the experience was handled exceptionally. The entire group is inviting and thorough. My questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Adrain has an easy, warm personality. There was ample time spent on my appointment. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this practice/ skip the anxiety!
