As someone who was a longtime patient of Dr. Kepple while she was practicing in Pittsburgh I'm shocked by one of the previous reviews. I saw her twice a week for a couple years and can't begin to tell you how much I benefitted from our therapy sessions. She's one of the rare psychiatrists who is interested in listening to you and uses her skills in psychotherapy as opposed to just throwing a bunch of different medications at you to help you work through your issues.

I've seen many therapists and psychiatrists over the years some good and some bad and I'm grateful to have found Dr. Kepple. She genuinely cares, takes the time to listen, and is clearly very knowledgeable about not only psychiatric but also medical conditions.

Terrible . She's in it for the money; wants to see you weekly and has a ridiculous rate ($150-300) unless you have the ONE insurance she accepts. Isn't knowledgeable on anything psychologically rated . Very judgemental and has an absurd medical opinion based off outdated and innacurate research. I recommended to LOOK elsewhere if you actually need help with anything from a established and experienced professional.
