Dr. Alyssa Horowitz, MD

Dr. Horowitz and her staff are quite welcoming and made me feel comfortable. My previous gyn is no longer seeing patients and I'm happy I found a wonderful replacement. I needed to have an IUD removed and decisions made whether or not to replace it. She took a history at the start of the appointment and suggested that we do an ultrasound to check the thickness of the endometrium before making a decision.

I have gone to Dr. Horowitz for several years for my annual gyn visit. She is very professional and down to Earth. I have always found staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. There has been minimal to no wait time at appointments. She is easy to talk to, takes time to answer any questions or concerns you have, and is very thorough. I have not encountered any issues with Dr Horowitz or her staff and would highly recommend her.

I was referred here by my best friend 6 years ago . I have been looking for a gynecologist that fully understood me and listened to me. The staff here is amazing especially Shamarah. Dr. Horowitz was the 1st person who actually gave me prep and explained all that comes with the IUD placement. She has given me so much sound advice over the year.

I have been a patient of Dr. Horowitz for over 8 years. Her office is small practice with very attentive and friendly staff.She has always showed her fantastic bed side manners and how much she cares about her patients. When I had questions about the procedures,she demonstrated extreme patience on answering all my questions.When my husband wanted to meet with her to ask questions,she answered all his questions and even pull the medical models and diagrams to ensure he understood what was going on. Then,after completing the procedures,while other doctors notified the family member of the conclusion of the surgery over the phone Dr. Horowitz came out in person and explained my husband the results of the surgeries.She has been always, helpful, respectful and never pushed me to rush my decision or to get unnecessary procedures.I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Horowitz services.If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and caring physician, I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. INCORRECT BILLING, VERY RUDE STAFF, OLD MACHINES AND DOCTORS DIAGNOSIS IS NOT ACCURATE. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED WHEN YOU NEED HELP AND PAY HEFTY CHARGES.

She is a great doctor. She dealt with my pregnancy the whole time and any questions I had she listened and answered them. She delivered my daughter few weeks ago and did wonderful job! Good staff and friendly!

I have a teenage daughter. My sister recommended Dr Horowitz. It was great choice. I did try looking around for another doctor, it was sad experience. I am thankful for Dr Horowitz. It is not easy to raise a teenager. Thank you so much for Dr. Horowitz professional help and support!

Dr. Horowitz always has a calm demeanor, listens to her patients, and always strives to make sure the patient and baby (if applicable) are healthy and safe. You can tell she has a real concern and care for her patients. On top of all that, she has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to share that when answering your questions or explaining things.

AS A NEW PATIENT, I HAD SEEN DR HOROWITZ AND SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH. SHE RECOMMENDED SPECIFIC TESTS AND HER ADVICE WAS CORRECT AS I NEEDED FURTHER ATTENTION TO SOME SPECIAL NEEDS. A FEW WEEKS LATER I HAD A MINOR EMERGENCY (MAJOR TO ME) AND CALLED THE OFFICE. I WAS SEEN WITHIN THE HOUR, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. DR HOROWITZ DIDN'T RUSH ME OR MAKE ME FEEL THAT I WAS IMPOSING ON HER SCHEDULE. SHE LISTEN, EXAMINED AND SENT ME FOR FURTHER TESTS WHICH WERE NEEDED. SHE IS A WONDERFUL!

I would recommend her to everyone and anyone! She truly listened to my symptoms, had the appropriate tests run and gave me my option, then personally called me at home to go over?! Wow never had that before?' Truly impressed???? Day of surgery, she was calm when I wasn't and truly zen I had no worries! She always explained from A to Z what I was going to experience to what she was going to do. Trust her with all mtpy being!!!
