If I could give zero stars for Dr. Alyssa Rutan I would. Went to her for my first pregnancy and regret not leaving her. She makes you feel stupid for asking questions and any symptom or problem I had she acted like it was no big deal or I was over reacting . She was very in and out at my appointments and never made me feel comfortable. I should have left her in the beginning but I kept giving her chances. During/after delivery she made sarcastic remarks that was very unprofessional. Bed side manor sucks. It is pretty sad that she is a women’s OBGYN and makes other women feel like crap. Her office couldn’t get me in till 11 weeks postpartum even when I told them something wasn’t right. So I went to my general doctor for my postpartum check and had to be referred to a specialist for an issue. So the fact that Rutans office couldn’t get me in is horrible in my opinion. Highly highly do not recommend!!

Currently in the process of leaving Dr. Rutan at 18 weeks pregnant. She isn't terrible and I can't say she's not a good doctor. I just think shes... cold. Thats the best way i can describe it. An I feel like she wantedme in and out of her office as fast as possible.

Will never go back to her or her office. Wish I would have left her at 24weeks pregnant instead of trusting that she knew what she is doing and it was in my best interest. That wasnt the case and after all her lies and medical interventions, I was left traumatized from a c-section that could have been avoided had I done my research and left her early on. Horrible doctor and liar

I’m very upset with our experience. Dr. Rutan treated us like we were unimportant and was flat out rude. She made me feel stupid when expressing concerns about my pregnancy and even made sarcastic remarks as if I was lying about my symptoms. I know we’re a low income family but I still feel that we deserve to be treated with respect. She doesn’t explain anything and leaves me feeling confused after every appointment. That could be due to the fact that she only spends a few minutes in my room.

Dr.Rutan was kind and compassionate,very knowledgeable and personable. I would see her for all of my pregnancies!I would recommend her to my friends and family!
