Dr. Santos was my selection after 2 previous dr's from another organization left the area. I was able to get in to see her in a reasonable time; Skagit Regional Health was very organized ahead of time to set up a new patient as well. Upon my arrival, I had no waiting time at any point. Both Monae (nurse/asst) and Dr. Santos were very thorough in going through my medical history. I have never had an intake as thorough as this one. Dr. Santos was professional and thorough and explained things to my understanding.

Dr. Santos is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her field. She has excellent bedside manner, is always on top of her patients’ information, and is never afraid to tell you to your face, “I don’t know, but let me find out right now.” Dr. Santos truly makes an effort to connect with her patients.
