She knows her specialty well but she can be pretty arrogant and dismissive. Her office had to cancel my appointment the day before it was supposed to happen. They called and said my exams results were normal. They failed to tell me I had a growth until it sent me to the hospital. I have had a much better experience with her PA.

Unfortunately, we had multiple (more than one) misread tests and medical mistakes during my pregnancy with Dr. Awwad as my primary doctor. One of these mistakes resulted in an unnecessary and scary trip to the hospital and the most egregious put our newborn at risk. I do NOT recommend this practice, as the mistakes were office-wide and not just with this provider.
