Dr. Aman Dalal, MD

Dr was on vacation and I needed someone to order a lab order or how to get one. I went through all of their 'information' portals including calling and leaving a message that I was told was being sent directly to the medical assistant, without any answer! I finally left another message on how unacceptable to be ignored for 4 days and I needed to speak to office manager. All I got from her is the common robotic excuses, including being understaffed. The DR is on vacation, what was the assistant doing? Of course she said, she has other responsibiliies. Incorrect answer; she just told me, we have her busy with others and we decided, one of those was not going to be you.! Finally she sealed her professional management skills by saying, well you asked for me to call you and i did. Dr Dalal is 5 stars!!!, office, office manager 1 bc it can't be zero.

“ATTENTION: EVERYONE IN ARIZONA CONSIDERING THIS DOCTORS OFFICE MUST READ!!: Terrible service unprofessional staff and would not recommend anyone come here because they don’t care about their patients or their health and well being and they won’t care for yours. Also the staff is terrible, dishonest and lacks professionalism. There are better clinics else where to go to that will treat you better!

A wonderful Dr. He is brilliant. His staff is kind and professional. He figured out what I was facing with my infections when other doctors were lost. He is the real deal.

I met Dr. Dalal at HonorHealth Hospital on Osborne when I was admitted for an infection next to my incision on my leg (broken femur had to have a rod, plate and screws put in a few weeks earlier). His bedside manner was one of the best I have seen. He explained everything to me. When I was released from the hospital an had to go for office visits, they were easy to make, he was very thorough and left time for questions. I didn't feel rushed. I would highly recommend him.

Horrible experience trying to book an appointment with him. I guess he only sees certain patients with diseases he prefers to treat. Nightmare situation that will just end in wasted time and dissappointment.

Easy to get the appointment and personal experience. The doctor knew me by the first name and came to get from the waiting area and wheeled by the chair in the room. Explained me the problem in a way I could understand. I hear he is the only Infection doctor in town.

Dr. Dalal did not try to rush through the appointment and was genuinely worried about my well being. Dr. Dalal kept me informed at every step during the treatment.
