Very hard to get a hold of and office staff is rud
My brother had a stroke and can barely talk most days. The doctor never returns his calls and his office staff is very rude. When he asks for things they say sorry our computer system was just updated to You're going to have to wait. Wait for needed medication! hey can't swallow and is constantly choking but they don't care and do nothing to help him.

No follow through
Telehealth
Waiting endlessly and made several calls to get labs. Waited and called and waited and called again, and again…. Labs weren’t good… now I can’t get them to follow through with the mandatory referral so I can get an appointment with a specialist. I’ve lost so much time waiting. Three months to get a new patient appointment. Three weeks for lab results to be read to me. Now ten days and I still don’t have a referral! This isn’t professional. Called put on hold. Hung up on. Called back, left messages… my insurance even tried to help… to no avail.

Her brainless staff scheduled an appointment for me at one location on a day when Dr. Howard was at a completely different location. I showed up for the appointment, in Daly City, but Dr. Howard was not there. When I called to find out where she was, her staff tried to blame the mistake on me, like I don't know the difference between Daly City and Foster City. They made the appointment without ever telling me she wasn't in Daly City that day. A complete waste of my afternoon.

Dr Howard is my PCP and I've felt more comfortable with her than any other doctor I've been to. Even my original family doctors in other states that I had known since I was a kid. I personally recommend her to my friends, and will continue to do so. She's very easy to talk to, and does her best to help figure out if anything is wrong, and aggressively treats any problems in my experience.

Dr. Howard saw me the day I called for an appointment. I had a bladder infection, and she had my specimen analyzed in 10 min's; determined I did actually have a bladder infection; faxed my local pharmacy the medication I needed. She examined me for any other signs I might have. The total experience from reception to nurse to doctor to facility was very pleasant and satisfying. I would recommend Dr. Howard to anyone.

A friend told me about Dr Howard because it had been years and I didnt have a doctor. I called the office and was offered an appt the very next day. I was glad I didnt have to wait days because I dont like to go to the doctors and I worry. Dr Howard is so patient she listened to my history and asked to see me in follow up. She made a list of issues for us to address and I dont get anxious when I see her; she prioritizes my issues and I lnow exactly what we are doing and why. Superb!
