I was referred to Baystate, vascular by my primary and I was extremely happy to get an appointment to see the doctor in such a short time. Everyone I met and dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was very informative on my problem, and we have made arrangements to correct it. I was very happy with my experience, the doctor and the staff.
