Will never use Amanda Williams office again nor will I recommend it to anyone who’s looking to seek help for any mental health issues. My experience with Amanda Williams and her staff was the worst thing I’ve ever experience for this to be a treatment center.

Dr. Williams is the most competent psychiatrist I have ever known. Her willingness to try new medications along with her truly involving me in my own treatment (by really listening to my struggles and goals and helping me plan to overcome barriers to accomplish what I want). Also, she is quick to refer to counseling and other non medicinal treatments unlike some psychiatrists. Truly showed concern for me which is rare with busy doctors. I worked over a decade in the mental health field and met many other psychiatrists. I have been most impressed by Dr. Williams. However, perhaps I am biased. She has helped me so very much.

I suffered for years with depression, anxiety, and some form of mood disorder. Most places wouldn't take me seriously or they wanted me to wait six months to get in for a first visit. Dr. Williams and her staff are phenomenal! She listens to feedback and treats me like a person not a number

She is too willing to treat patients like guinea pigs and persist in prescribing med which are already known to give bad reaction. In my case when i told her i have bad reactions to trazadone she suggested i at "just take a little nibble". What kind of prescribing is that? I tried the trazadone out of desperation & was plunged into deep depression/anxiety which triggered a flareup of my chronic pain disorders. I went to her for anxiety/depression/sleeplessness. Look up side effects of trazadone: depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. When i contacted her office about the dark state i was in (she can Never be bothered reply herself), all i got was a call from her office with 2 referrals. Her solution is not to own her mistake but to shuffle you off to someone else. She is in my opinion inept and dangerous. Stay away!

She has been my doctor for a couple of years. Highly recommend as she listens to me, the questions the nurse asks are very informative and seek to know how I am living. Dr. Williams is compassionate and caring. One of the best doctors in my opinion in her fieldm

These are great doctors that have turned my life around. I have recommended several friends and family members that have experienced great results as well. Dr Williams and Jamie work well together, and together created a treatment plan for me to get me back on my feet faster than medicine could have done alone. I will forever be thankful to Dr Williams, Jamie Pruitt and their friendly staff at Gardenia Cove.

She does not mind letting her patients sit in a room for an 1 and 1/2 hours. They almost closed and with me sitting in a room. I had to walk to the reception area and ask to get my co-pay back and they were shocked! I did not see the doctor! Yet she came out of her hole of an office to tell me she had been busy with sick people. Why on earth would I be there if I didn't need help. I do not recommend her for anything! Six months before after to talking with me for 15 minutes she decided...

I totally recommend Dr. Williams to anyone dealing with mental health issues or needing a psychiatrist. She is amazing... very intelligent, helpful, and caring. She wants to help you live your best life. Currently she’s with Grayson & Associates, but she’ll be opening her own practice soon called Gardenia Cove and I’m so excited and thankful. I’m so grateful to have her in my life! Give her a try, you won’t regret it.

Listened. Then explained what was happening. Give me choices on how I would like to start my treatment, including meds, therapy choices, advice on which she thought would be good for me.

It took a month for my first appointment. The robotic receptionist, Richard, doesn't bother to ask when would be convenient for me. Dr Williams will only see you if you're seeing a therapist, and bombards you with paperwork when you arrive that make you feel like an immature kid. I scheduled a follow up appointment, once again without the effing receptionist asking when was good for me. When I was 10 minutes late for the appointment. I lost it and was charged 50.00. So, thank your staff, doc.
