excellent breast surgeon
Dr. Jambhekar implanted my chemo 'post' and later did my mastectomy surgery. Both operations went well and recovery was on the easy side. During appointments I did not feel rushed as I do by so many other doctors. She answered all of my many questions and did so without making me feel like a fool. I believe she is moving to Santa Fe now. All I can say is that Santa Fe's gain is South Texas's loss.

Excellent experience
Dr. Jambhekar was the perfect solution for my breast cancer. Walked me through the process, testing, and ultimately the surgical procedure. Removed my tumor with clear margins, fortunately zero cancer in lymph nodes, and I am now cancer free. A great surgeon, doctor and very smart lady that made my experience so manageable.

Highly Recommend
Dr. Jambhekar is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her. She is kind, patient and very thorough. She performed my surgery with excellent results. She walked me through every step of the process before and after the surgery. I never felt rushed and she took the time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Jambhekar was very kind, understanding and considerate when explaining my surgery. My surgery went step by step as she had described it would. I felt very relaxed and at ease. My questions were answered before and after surgery. Her office staff was always very helpful in answering any questions I had during office visits or when calling the office. I would recommend Dr. Jambhekar to anyone needing breast surgery.

I will never forget Dr. Amani Jambhekar !! She took my case, jumped right on doing a DNA blood test, & many other test so she knew all necessary by my surgery date to operate on me! Her bedside manner is FIRST CLASS! She makes you feel so comfortable & at ease asking questions which is very important in a patient’s confidence about her surgeon! I wouldn’t change a thing about her! Her personality is the BEST POSSIBLE, I couldn’t have felt more at ease in all of her decisions she made in my breast surgery, she did a lumpectomy on my right breast & every test came back negative for cancer ! She removed enough tissue around the lump that the part left in me was all negative for any cancer cells & she removed 3 lymph nodes ! I felt very secure with any decisions she made in my behalf ! She truly has it all the knowledge, experience, bedside manner, patience, & personality to make you feel like you truly have the BEST CANCER SURGEON POSSIBLE ! Bless Her !
