Dr Burney Energy is contagious. She is very caring and passionate for the work. I appreciate her.

The office was overheated. Support staff were courteous and capable.

I was looking for a new Primary Care Physician and met with Dr. Burney for the first time this week to have an overall wellness exam. From the get-go, Dr. Burney was great. She engaged me with attention, focus and care. She had thoroughly reviewed my record and history and asked me all the right questions to follow up. During the physical examination, Dr. Burney didn't rush, communicated directly and shared good recommendations and insight. I am very delighted to have Dr. Burney as my new PCP because she seems excellent overall: knowledgeable, experienced, caring, thorough, and personable.

I had Dr. Burney as my primary care physician for several years. She made me believe and the health system again. I was a very hardhead when it came to going to the doctors. I hated it because they never listened to what I was feeling they always just said what they thought it was that would be wrong with me instead, Dr. Burney listen to what I had to say, and said that no one knows my body better than I do. She went above and beyond for me and changed my life drastically. My family members all relocated to have her as a primary care physician. Sadly she had to leave her Forest Hill location for personal reason, but always told us to look out for her. I just found her but sadly, my insurance isn’t accepted with her now, whoever has her you should consider yourself very lucky and blessed to have come across such an amazing doctor!!

Very good Doctor

I have had excellent visits with Dr. Burney. She was referred to me by St. Joe's transition dept. I am a patient that asks LOTS of questions. I take lots of notes. She answered them all. She is friendly, warm, and efficient. I left my previous Dr. because he didn't listen and talked over me. I visited her twice already. I have met with her via telehealth once. That went better than I thought. She was able to access my issue and call in a prescription. So far, I am extremely impressed with both her bedside manner and her skills. I have fired a lot of Drs in my journey. I could immediately detect Dr. Burney is a keeper.

I was assigned to Dr. Burney a few years ago when my previous doctor left the area. She is personable, knowledgeable, prompt and communicative. I never feel rushed during my appointments and she answers my questions thoroughly. Additionally, she, and the staff at the practice, communicate extremely well using the patient portal, which has been a great improvement over my experience with my previous practitioner. I am very happy I was assigned to her care and have refered friends and family to her.

Dr Burney is very friendly and attentive. I had a great visit.

Dr. Burney routinely refused to look outside the box, where my child was concerned for quite some time. Her high heart rate, joint pains/inflammation, extreme fatigue, chest pain, nausea and anxiety were repeatedly dismissed/overlooked as something else. Had another doctor not seen my child, by chance, for a routine sinus infection, who knows how many more years her orthostatic intolerance and other illnesses would have went undiagnosed. She is great for strep throat, but forget anything complex
