Day of surgery the anesthesiologist came to speak with me. I asked him exactly what mediation he would be giving me. He only gave me the name of ONE drug that was going to put me to sleep. So, I asked him if he was going to give me anything for nausea, he replied yes, I will. That was it. When I woke up, I had a splitting headache (not common at ALL with me) and I was lightheaded and dizzy. In the past I have NEVER had these symptoms upon waking up. A couple of days later, I went to the surgery center to receive a list of drugs that were given to me in FACT he gave me 4 different drugs, not just the 2 we talked about. I spoke with the anesthesiologist on the phone later that day and he informed me that He always gives those medications. I asked him to explain why he did not come forward and give me complete and accurate information when I specifically asked him what medications he would be giving me. His response was that MOST of his patients do not ask that question, I did
