I have been calling for two weeks straight to have them send over a correct RX (prescription) because the one they sent over was incorrect. Over the course of the two weeks, I have left several messages, and spoke to Samantha at least five times, and their response is always the same "Ok well send it over right now" and they have not done so yet. This is absolutely absurd. I had to call them several times just to request the blood pressure medication RX be sent over to the pharmacy (which is was an emergency). I was told that it told would be sent over the day that I left their office from my visit, but the RX for that was not sent for another two weeks (I called them several times to request it and remind them to send it over because it was an urgent matter). Now I am waiting for them to send a corrected RX and they have not done that. This is unacceptable.
