Dr Rabbi is not respectful and is unkind
I am not sure what has happen to Dr Rabbi. I can wait as I am a RN and healthcare is busy. There's usually a long wait. butA a provider that is disrespectful and unkind, I cannot stand for. It felt good leaving today, staying calm and collected while she lectured me, and knowing I never have to step foot in there again. As patients thank goodness we have choices. I work for Emory and made an appointment with a PCP with them.

Not worth the wait.
We have waited over an hour and then wait some more in the examining room. I left a message on the nurses line on September 6th saying Ihave Covid & need medicine. I am still waiting on January 12th for a call back. I ended up in the ER. I canceled an appointment three times because the office staff is not very good.

Please stay away from this provider
I am very rarely moved to review anything on this forum, but Dr Amatu Rabbe's care is so egregious, I felt it necessary to do so. Both my sister and my mother received care from this provider for years. I have never seen my sister cry until recently, upon her final appointment with Dr Rabbe. Not only did this provider CONTINUALLY ignore my mother and sisters medical concerns, often leaving them ill, or exacerbating their medical issues, but her callous and cruel behavior was shocking. Dr Rabbe, NEVER listened to the medical issues my family members had. She would ignore their symptoms, disregard their worries and then ridicule and disparage them for even trying to seek treatment. My mother has since passed, but it breaks my heart that we let her see this doctor until the end. There are so many providers, find one that is kind, listens to your concerns, and treats you accordingly with their medical expertise. This provider does not do that.

The wait time on average is at least an hour to see. Once you are in the room where she'd visits it's another 30 min. The complete office visit takes atleast 2hr to 2.5hr for me..

Dr. Rabbi is the best physician I have ever had! She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to, and address all of my questions and/or concerns. Dr. Rabbi's approach is sincere and caring. She is very well networked in the medical community, so if she needs to refer you to a specialist, I know I'll get an equally great physician for the referral. I find the online portal her practice uses for communication is easy is helpful and easy to use. I do not mind if I have to wait for my appointment, because I know that I too will be given the necessary time needed. I drive 26 miles each way for my appointment and find that it's worth the time and drive - I believe Dr. Rabbi is worth it!

I lived in Atlanta from 1986-2001.... Cannot remember when I started seeing Dr. Rabbi~ I feel she is one of the BEST doctors I have seen. And if I didn’t live in TENNESSEE now, I would continue to see her. Have not found anyone close to what she is in the medical field & that includes her bedside manners??

Dr Rabbi is the most caring doctor I’ve ever been to. Though wait times are sometimes frustrating, they are indicative of the time she spends with each patient.

Great doctor, matter of fact and to the point. Does take time to listen and explain as well as answer your questions. Very caring of her patients. Have been seeing Dr. Rabbi for over ten years. Will continue to see her for quality health care as long as I can.

I have been going to Dr. Rabbi for about 15 years for physicals and occasional illnesses. Very happy with her and her staff. She is very professional but also has a great bedside manner. A very good listener and sensitive to my needs or concerns. Doctors are very busy and I understand if I'm in for something relatively unimportant if she is all business and in and out, because when I HAVE had something serious, she has spent amazing time and concern and treated me like I was most important.

Dr Amatu Rabbi and her staff are unprofessional, inconsiderate and lack empathy. On more than one occasion my scheduled appointment has been overlooked due to a sick patient. To pad her pockets she schedules routine appointments every 3 months. If you call in with a problem, you will also be given a physical exam, which include expensive lab work. Not once have I heard her apologize for the waiting time, she only provides excuses. I always leave anxious and with a higher blood pressure reading.
