Dr Hayes has been my primary care doctor for years. She has always been friendly and listens to me about my concerns. She is now at Northern Nevada Medical Group.

Have never met Dr Hayes. Her Physician's Assistant always met with my spouse and me. At a 4:00 o'clock appointment, she entered the room and instead of greeting us she said "I hope you're not going to cry, everybody cried today!" At another appointment, she addressed the nice lady who took our vitals and scolded her three times about the stool at the computer being too low. Scolding a co-worker in front of patients was inappropriate. Both instances were unprofessional. We have changed doctors.

Dr Hayes listens, makes recommendations and works with me to find a good plan of treatment. Her schedule is booked far in advance - which is a testimony to being a good doctor - but I am always able to get in to see the Nurse Practitioner same day, or next day if I can't wait for Dr. Hayes. The downside is going through Renown central telephone service - I don't like dealing with that group of employees!

Waited a long time for an appointment, then the day before she cancelled, not once but several times. Time to find someone who I can trust.
