Amazing !
My husband and I had our first gastroenterologist appointment with Dr. Khan. It was intimidating, especially knowing that colon cancer is one of the leading cancers in the USA. With my husband’s family history, we were anxious as we entered her office. From the front desk staff to the medical assistant, everyone was amazing! Dr. Khan is old school; she runs a small practice with just herself, driven by passion. Although it's hard to get appointments quickly, it’s understandable because she takes her time with each patient. When we arrived, Dr. Khan had thoroughly reviewed our complete medical records, including details from an emergency visit we had forgotten about, and all my medications. She was exceptionally prepared and gave us her undivided attention, sharing insights and suggestions. I haven't encountered a doctor with such an incredible bedside manner in a long time. Five stars aren't enough to rate our experience!

A gem of a doctor
She is unlike any doctor I have been to. She is smart. She is caring and she means it when she says let's figure this out. She takes her time with her patients. She reviews records. She does not order tests that are not needed. She saved my life when nobody could figure it out. It is still an uphill battle and even though I am now under the care of other specialists, she still calls me and checks on me.

I just had a telemedicine appt with Dr. Kahn (first time seeing her). I am soooo impressed with her and happy to be her patient. She spent 50 minutes with me and is still going to research my history and will call me back. No doctor has ever taken that kind of time and I truly think she will be able to help me.

I have yet to meet Dr. Khan, however the office staff is *completely* inept. My doctor recommended a colonoscopy and I stopped by the staff to schedule it. As the main staff was busy, I was directed to the receptionist and asked to schedule a "colonoscopy" appointment, also adding that I have never done it before. She proceeded to set up an appointment without saying anything or explaining anything. When I asked how long it would take, her reply was "well, it is up to you, you know". The little detail she forgot to mention was that this was an appointment for an initial visit, not the procedure itself. Since the appointment was on a Monday morning, I could not contact office on weekend, when I realized that the office staff had forgotten to give me any papers. After completing the preparation for the procedure (which wasn't much fun), I called the office first thing Monday morning, to ask whether I should take taxi or I could wait to drive, and was met with surprise. At that

I was so excited to make an appointment with Dr. Khan after reading the reviews below. But when I called the office explaining that I was seeking a new patient visit, the receptionist didn't even sound like she was paying attention. Then she asked me "how sick" I was because Dr. Khan was scheduled two months out. Complete lack of compassion for a potential new patient, and perhaps it's better that I found out before getting to the visit.

Dr.Khan is amazing. I went to a different GI before her and was very disappointed. DrKhan was so much better and actually spent 45 minutes with me talking through everything and coming up with a plan for me. She gave advice on what to eat, medicine to heal my stomach, and medicine to help with the pain. I felt like she actually cared and i completely trust her opinions.

Dr Khan is the best! I went to another gastro doc first and oh boy, he was not for me , Dr Khan was recommended and I got lucky. She absolutely took the time to explain everything, she took the time to consult with others doctors about my case. She’s very easy to talk to, I’ve seen quite a few specialists in all different fields of medicine, Dr Khan is truly the only one so far that I can say Cares about what’s going on with my health. The staff was wonderful as well. You can’t go wrong here.

Dr. Kahn sat with me for 30 minutes to help figure out a solution for my debilitating illness. After visiting two other docs and not getting the right help, she recognized my issue and gave me the right med and advice to relieve my symptoms. I am so grateful!

My mother was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer and Dr. Khan was a wonderful advocate and doctor during a very difficult time. She works hard and explains things to the patient and their family; she's an absolute TREASURE! If you're reading this-- Thank you, Dr. Khan!
