Best MD in Mississippi
Dr. Mcllwain is truly the most comprehensive MD on the MS Gulf Coast. She takes time to diagnose every symptom, answers all questions thoroughly and ensures follow up. She truly cares for her patients. She spends ample time with her patients to ensure all needs are met before leaving the room. She follows up on all questions and treatments quickly and explains results in understandable terms. If you are looking for a PCP that treats you like a human being taking into account you feelings, emotions and struggles, look no further. Absolutely AMAZING!

Highly recommend Dr. McIlwain
Dr. McIlwain and I discussed my blood pressure trends to decide on medicine dosage going forward. We also discuss my current diet plan, discussed benefits and risks. She ordered labs to evaluate the diet impacts and to get a baseline for monitoring going forward.
