Dr. Amin Mery, MD

I have had 3 allergists in the Austin area & had to change locations because of moving. At every one they have had 1/2 day on Saturday & an evening available for people who work. Apparently you have no patients who work. Today, Friday, I came in at exactly 3:05 & was told I was too late, you close at 3:00. I showed her your outdoor blue sign that said you closed at 3:30 & she said that does not show our Covid hours. What does this have to do with Covid??? & if you are changing your hours let patients know & change your sign outdoor. One time when you were taking appointments I was 5 minutes late for my shot & instead of telling me I may have to wait a little, & they would fit me in I was informed I was late & would have to reschedule.

I'm not writing this review hastily. I had a terrible experience with Hill Country Allergy about 3 years ago. I wouldn't recommend it. I was wrongly billed for services I couldn't receive due to my pregnancy. The staff was highly unprofessional and treated my questions with little regard. I have also heard many of my Lakeway clients voicing similar problems from Hill Country Allergy. Stay clear!

Very thorough and knowledgeable. My old allergist had me on a single shot. Dr Mery has me on 3 separate shots since the active ingredients can't be combined effectively.
