I have been with Dr. Herman ever since he took over the practice from Dr. Antonucci many years ago. I can’t say enough good things about Doctor Herman. He is a doctor that cares about his patients and their health. I know when I leave a visit with him nothing was missed. The office is very clean and his staff is super friendly.

He is wonderful his PA is very nice. His nurses are the kindest. Everyone takes their time and really cares

I hadn't been to a Dr. in a very long time. Dr. Herman listened, was responsive, I didn't feel rushed and he answered all my questions in a conversational manner that was also informative. I became a patient just before covid hit and even when the office staff was crushed with the volume of people that needed to be seen they always maintained grace under fire and were able to fit me in for my work related testing. Dr. Herman also is well networked and every referral he made was wonderful. I now feel like I have a team in place all working preventatively and proactively to keep me in shape as I approach my 60th year. Highly recommend.

Would not submit our travel COVID test to Medicare on 3/28 - instead charged us 225.00 EACH! We were over a barrel as we were traveling the next day/ We asked many other couples who traveled at the same time and they had their testing covered by insurance I’m sure Medicare pays much less than 225.00 per test- so we got taken..,

Dr. Herman is kind, thorough, wise, and extremely professional. He has helped me and my wife tremendously over the years, finding problems before we knew they existed and solving them before they caused real suffering. He has gone over and above, time and again. Additionally, he has a terrific sense of humor. Dr. Herman is our doctor for life.

Dr. Herman was very accommodating with my tight schedule. He made me feel at ease, as I have high anxiety with doctors. The blood work he ordered was very thorough and he had a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him!

I have been going to Dr. Herman’s office for years. Every experience I have had has been professional . His staff is warm and friendly. Every COVID test we have taken there has been efficient and organized. I would definitely recommend Dr.Hermans office to anyone I know .

I never write reviews but wanted to genuinely say how easy abs great my experience was! I needed to get covid tested... so easy to schedule, in and out appt, quick results and covered by insurance! Amazing from start to finish!

The more I visit Dr. Herman, the more I love him as my doctor. I feel no doctor can be judged based on one visit. He is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. I feel that whenever anything is needed, he is just a phone call away. I understand that especially during Covid, the medical field has been swamped, but Dr. Herman has not at all waivered on his commitment to providing excellent care with extreme professionalism and patience.

I have to say that Dr. Herman and his staff are great. The staff was excellent in letting me know what my insurance covers and any out of pocket copays before I was even seen. I was seen promptly and Dr. Herman was extremely attentive and very caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman and his staff to anyone!!

Dr H is amazing! Can’t recommend him enough! He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust his medical opinions. I always feel I get personalized and thorough care. I feel comfortable in his office and with his staff as well. His office also opened a covid testing center which is so convenient. Can easily make an appt and get tested for peace of mind and covered by insurance!

been a patient for 2 years and have found Dr. H to be very professional, knowledgeable, pro-active and patient. He listens to what you have to say and provides great feedback. I love that I can communicate with him and the office via his portal plus I can read my blood results on line too. His PA, Marguerite has been quite helpful and professional with any issues I have..

I do not leave reviews on Doctors, but after my visit today to Dr. Herman, I felt compelled. I will never recommend this Doctor. This was the first time I was to his office for a Rapid Covid test. (I was recommended to his office from another Dr.). I was unaware that there are 2 types of Rapid tests. There is a Rapid test and a Rapid PCR test (which is supposed to be more accurate, although it takes the same 15 minutes to get the results) I firmly believe he says this just to charge $50. (As he says, Insurance does not cover this Rapid PCR test). After I became quite surprised about the payment, he became very arrogant and said twice to me “I’m not trying to rip you off of $50”. I did not appreciate being spoken to like this. I was taken aback by this and felt he was extremely unprofessional. I called the Doctor who recommended me to Dr. Herman to say how dissatisfied I was and how he spoke to me. After my experience, I believe the other negative reviews.

Friday, My Partner & I called into the office yesterday, for a "rapid Covid-19 test" She is a patient I am not. We mentioned I was not a patient, but reception told us to complete an online application to register for both our tests. We were given an appointment for today. I also provided my Medicare & Blue Cross Blue Shied Secondary Insurance Coverage. When we arrived to take the test, I was told that they could not find our online submission so there was no way to verify my coverage and that the only way I could get the test needed to pay out-of-pocket $195.00. I asked to speak to Dr. Herman himself. He also told me the only way I was getting the test was to pay the out of pocket fee, since I was not a patient & he he might not get paid. Given the seriousness of this COVID-19 situation, and giving my insurance information I found this to be appalling, greed oriented, and with no concern or responsibility to the hypocritic oath. What a disgraceful healthcare practice. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Herman has one foot out the door the entire visit. He rushes the visit, and if you ask too many questions he seems to catch an attitude as if you're taking up his precious time. His "nurse" Mary is very nasty. This is who he has calling and giving test results, not him. I was horrified when I was told I have a UTI, so I went to my gyno who I trust and brought the results, he repeated my culture and 2 days later I was told his results were inaccurate. Stay away if you value your health.
