I went in for a visit for pain I’ve had my entire life and left feeling unheard and disrespected. I tried to explain my pain to this doctor and I felt I wasn’t heard. At one point he even grabbed at my face without consent which triggered my PTSD. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience with a doctor. If you want to keep your sanity intact, find a better doctor than this one.

Dr. Mahajer healed the back pain I had for 3 years. The pain was affecting my life at many levels and I had tried many things (e.g., physical therapy, acupuncture, massages, muscle relaxants, pain killers) that did not get rid of the pain. I saw many doctors and PTs before him and they all told me that all the tests were normal and that they couldn't find a reason for my pain. Dr. Mahajer suggested to try a particular medication because he thought the pain was caused by a nervous reaction. At first I wasn't very open to going on medication but he insisted that I try it, at least for a few months. I did and after 3 months my pain went from a 4/10 to a 1/10 and it is now (9 months later) at a 0.5/10. I am extremely happy with the results.

My experience with Dr. Mahajer was one of the best experiences with a clinician that I've ever had. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I had ruptured my biceps tendon and the day prior to seeing Dr. Mahajer I had a pretty horrible experience with a clinician, so I went into my appt with a bit of an anxious and frustrated mindframe. Dr. Mahajer went well above-and-beyond the call of duty to the point where I felt like I was receiving VIP treatment. He took his time explaining to me the results of my imaging; gave me a thorough assessment; was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous; and set me up on a logical, short-term game plan. By the time I left his office my emotions had flip-flopped into feeling calm and in-the-know. I'd definitely give Dr. Mahajer my highest recommendation. By the way, negative reviews about scheduling are out of his control and unfair. That's a separate issue. I know because I've worked in hospital settings for years.

DR. Majaher might be good, but scheduling is a disaster after an MRI a nerve conduction test, now they wan to give me an appointment for December. 1 month wait and in the mean time I'm still in pain. inconsiderate is the word that comes to mind. Good thing is there are more doctors out there.

Customer service is awful. They don't know how to bill the insurance, in fact it seems like they might be double dipping, charging patients in the office and then billing the insurance. Very shady.

Will Not Go Back in Miami, FL – Jun 26, 2019

I cannot cannot stress enough how great this doctor is. After seeing 5 different orthopedic specialists, he was the only one who was able to properly diagnose and treat my 73 year old mother sacral fracture. He is not only knowledgeable but also efficient in the way he practices medicine. Dr. Mahajer saw my mom, ordered additional tests, and call me (her daughter) to discuss results and schedule the appropriate procedure. He did the procedure and the pain relief was instant. Best doctor ever!

Being in pain and having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment is ridiculous. As a new patient, I understood it, but after being told existing patients did not have to wait so long, I was stunned when I was told 3 weeks wait again. No time for this!
