While Dr. Ayer was over 30 minutes late for our appointment I understood he was with another patient and knew he would provide me the same attention. He did! This was one of the best appointment experiences I've had in years. He was surprisingly knowledgeable about my rare brain disease and offered a solid plan moving forward. He was no-nonsense and direct but with enough compassion that it wasn't shocking. I appreciated his entire vibe. He's an absolute treasure and I hope Legacy knows how fortunate it is to have him.
