I had a functional rhinoplasty done by Dr. Patel & am very pleased with the results. Not only am I able to finally breath through my nose, but my quality of life has greatly improved, partly due to sleeping better! There are some cosmetic improvements as well. At 6 months, It's easy to forget what my nose looked like before surgery & I'm always happily surprised when I see the before surgery photos! Dr. Patel & his team are skilled, kind, professional & responsive. I felt well taken care of through the entire process. If you are considering this surgery with Dr. Patel, just do it! You won't regret it!

I underwent CO2 laser to the full face and bilateral otoplasty (ear pinning) with Dr. Patel and the experience was virtually painless with amazing results. I learned about the CO2 laser about a year ago, but after looking up the healing process online I was initially reluctant to undergo this procedure. When I met with Dr. Patel he was very reassuring and explained the procedure and healing process in detail. Although I did have the expected swelling and redness it was not painful whatsoever. The results have been amazing and my skin just keeps looking better and better. My fine lines and wrinkles are gone and people have started commenting on how young I look (a compliment I have not had in a while). If you are considering doing this but nervous about the healing process, I definitely recommend going for it- the results are truly incredible. For those considering otoplasty- do it. I can finally wear my hair in a pony tail and love my results. I should have done this years ago.

I went to Dr. Patel due to difficulty breathing through my nose. He was professional yet personable. We discussed how a Septoplasty could help alleviate this. As the conversation continued, I told him about a rhinoplasty I had 45 years ago and how the tipof my nose was collapsing. After further discussions with Dr. Patel, his staff and looking at successful surgeries on his website, I decided to have a septoplasty and revision rhinoplasty completed in one surgery. The healing process was normal, no infection etc. just extremely congested for the first couple weeks due to packing and swelling. This is to be expected. My breathing has improved and the tipof my nose looks perfectly normalDr. Patel was able to fashion the tip with cadaver cartilage. I’m no longer self conscious about a defective nose and it looks and feels completely natural! His genuine concern for his patients and his ability to execute expert results during difficult surgeries is obvious.

I could not be more pleased with the care and outcome of my surgery. Dr. Patel came highly recommended by another physician so I felt confident I was in good hands prior to my first appointment. My surgery was successful. I am able to breathe through both nostrils. My sleep has improved. The appearance has improved significantly. Dr. Patel was up front about the cosmetic expectations. My surgery took about 6 hours. I experienced significant bleeding and swelling in the days that followed. His team contacted me multiple times throughout the days following my surgery to check on my progress. When the redness and swelling seemed to be slowing my healing, Dr. Patel was quick to treat the issue with PRP injections. Painful but effective. After the injections, the healing process was seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his amazing team. He is simply the best!

I came to see Dr Patel because of heavy, droopy eyelids. It was making me look really tired and my vision was affected. I found Dr Patel online and made an appointment. They got me in right away for a consult and gave me a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. I had desmoplastic melanoma on my right nostril and had it removed at UK. Before it was removed my surgeon consulted with Dr. Patel about the reconstruction. Initially it was shocking but clearly this was what needed to be done for me to live. I had two surgeries with Dr. Patel, the first placing a forehead flap and the second, 8 days later, to remove it and finish the reconstruction process. It was very well constructed and I have complete surface sensation and have had no problems with it. Unless I point it out, no one notices I had surgery. This is the forefront of medical technology. I am 100% pleased with the results and I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing an upper blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer with Dr. Patel. I had noticed significant sagging in my upper eyelids and a loss of facial volume. I am a physician and have seen other plastic surgeons but none has compared to Dr. Patel! He is outstanding both technically and interpersonally. From the very first contact, he and his team took their time to explain many options to combat signs of aging. I decided on facial fat grafting. Dr. Patel's assistant, Katie, answered my many questions before the procedure quickly by text—a huge advantage for patient care. I had the fat grafting performed as an outpatient and the entire team was kind, reassuring and professional. It was way less painful and stressful than I anticipated! About a year and a half ago I had oral cancer. The tumor was on the inside and outside of my mouth. It was removed and Dr Amit Patel did the facial reconstructive surgery I had following the cancer removal. I was having trouble with drooling, speaking clearly, and eating. Dr Patel suggested we try a fat grafting in office procedure where fat is taken from my belly and injected into my bottom lip to make it more full. In the fall of 2022 I noticed red bumps on the end of my nose that progressively got worse and became very sore. I had sunburnt my face badly and had extreme acne scars. I felt I always had to wear makeup to feel confident. I came to see Dr Patel to discuss what my options were for treatment.
