I find Dr. Heaser to be well informed and erudite. She has a sense of humor and as a patient of hers for nearly 5 years I have never had a single complaint. Indeed, she prescribed a medication that helped with my diabetes. My endocrinologist took her lead and continued with that particular insulin. I take exception to the two negative reviews on this site.

Knowledgeable but not trustworthy. Does not set aside the time to talk to the patient and thoroughly retrieve past patient history. Did not ask pertinent medical questions and did not disclose the extent of labs. Will not be seeing her again for my primary doctor.

Horrible. Her office schedules appointments without the patients knowledge then once that appointment is missed quits seeing the patient. Unfair! I would NOT RECOMMEND HER.
