We were her patients a long time ago. She quit seeing us because my daughter developed qt prolongation from a medicine she prescribed. She didn’t want to see her anymore. She left us without anyone. We ended up going to Stanford. 10 years later my youngest and my oldest requested to see her. Her staff called me several times without leaving me a message. The only way I knew it was them because I googled the number. When you tried to call back, you remain on hold and no one answers. Then we get a nasty message from her staff stating she had left us a message which she did not. Then we left them another message and they didn’t return it until a week later, stating they were not seeing new patients! Patients with mental illness should not have to deal with this. This is horrible!!!

Accepting new patients? That’s not what I was told. I have been her patient from she 10-16 and I am now 23 and needed her again. Her office staff called several times to one number and don’t leave a message then don’t answer when you call back. They then lie about it to save themselves saying the did the exact opposite. They called my moms phone and never even tried calling me when they said they did. Now after the back and forth they say they aren’t accepting patients. Ummm obviously you were still accepting when you called the wrong number and didn’t leave messages! Your site says so too! Very disappointed. I trusted Dr Upadhyay and I wanted to see her again to help me feel better but she condones this behavior and refuses to give us care for no reason other than the ignorance of her office staff. They ruined my chance of getting better with my doctor I’ve grown up with. Don’t waste your time. They do not do their job or care about anything. Dr Upadhyay you lost a family. Disgusting.

She says my son has a medical condition and wants to put a label on him. When can a kid not be a kid?? I don’t get if a kid is slid and acts like one what makes him get a label stuck on him as to what is wrong. You would have to do that to every individual in this world then
