After 20 years of derm evaluations and many skin cancer procedures, I can't recommend this Dr enough. He treats me like I'm his long-time friend and remembers every detail of my care. Extremely professional, he leads a sharp and capable team including teaching residents how to be great Dr's through his example.

Dr. Ahmed is very thorough and takes the time to talk about any relevant issues. Plus he's nice and approachable.

The appointment went very smooth and on time - very little waiting. Dr. Ahmed knew the reason for my appointment 5 years ago and checked that in addition to addressing my current concerns. I highly recommend him.

Barely looked at my skin, did not answer my questions, prescribed a different treatment plan than agreed upon, which ultimately made my skin worse and caused irreversible scarring. The medications he suggested were not appropriate for me given my health history, which I shared at intake and verbally with him, but clearly he didn’t listen. Truly one of the worst experiences I have had with a medical professional.

Well-explained, intelligent care, with excellent consideration of patient needs in recommending course of treatment. And a warm and wonderful team all around, with Dr. Ahmed setting the friendly tone. Thank you!

My visit was as usual with the doctor and he is always kind and explains things. Usually you don’t have to wait and yo are in and out in record time. How ever this visit I waited a long time in the waiting room and in the exam room but after the doctor came in it was great. I will chalk this up to someone needed more time than slotted and his schedule got behind and it’s good to know that they will take the time if it was me. This is a great office that takes care of people with grace and dignity.

My first visit with Dr. Ahmed. I was happy with the treatment, his attention to detail, and his advice. I will gladly continue to see him.

I went in for my annual skin appointment and Dr. Amed found a discolored mold of concern and took a shaved biopsy of it. Proper precautions and deadening of the area was conducted. The procedure before went well with no pain and I should get the results back from the lab in the next few days. I was provided written instructions for shave biopsy wound care. The wound is healing well as I am following proper instructions. Dr Ahmed is very professional and acknowledgeable in his practice as a practicing dermatologist. He is a very good listener and easy to talk with and has excellent bedside matters. And of course he is very concerned in the prevention of cancer and stopping it when detected. He is one of the best dermatologist that I have seen so far. His nursing staff does an excellent job as well. And his office is well managed to. It may take a while to get an appointment with Dr. Ahmed but well worth the wait. I have 100% trust in this doctor who has taken care of all of my needs.

Really GREAT experience!! Everyone, including the security guard at the front desk of the parking garage was really friendly and helpful. Dr. Ahmed did a wonderful job explaining the process and what he was doing while doing it, explained things he found that needed attention, etc. But, he also took the time to ASK about me personally, how I was feeling, how my day and week were going, etc. I felt as if we had been friends for years even though we had just met for the first time. Absolutely superb!!!

Being a new resident in Austin I researched about dermatology practices. I’m nearly 79 and have been recovering from a bad fall over a year now. Time for my important skin check. Dr. Maya is Dr. Ahmed’s PA and I loved her personality and how she explained things so well. She made me feel very comfortable. Then, Dr Ahmed came in and he was friendly, made good eye contact and answered all my questions. He is very reassuring and explained things well also.I had numerous things frozen off with clear instructions how to take care of them. Dr. Maya also gave me information about various moisturizers. Great professionals!!!
