He doesn't listen. Didn't review my MRI results.
He prescribed meds I told him I'd tried before and had severe reaction to. Told me he'd just start with smaller dose. It's contraindicated with other medication I'm on and serious conditions I have. He clearly didn't read my MRI results. He rushed in & out of room without answering any of my questions. His practice is extremely mismanaged and office very dirty. He's just trying to rush out to the next patient to bill as much insurance as possible. I've never even heard of the letters behind his name nor the medical school he attended. It's so obvious he doesn't care.

He only wants to get you out quick and take your money. Doesn’t listen to you.

Dr. Zidan has saved my sanity ... literally! I have had pain in my shoulder for nearly 8 years and when I first came to see him almost a year ago, I was frustrated and about to give up ever being pain-free again. He's been working with me after surgery and thru physical therapy, and now I very distinctly see the light at the end of the tunnel. He is kind, gentle, and truly cares about his patients. His assistant Jennifer is a jewel too. Definitely go see him if you need help with pain!!!

I've had more trouble from this doctor and his office than I've had from any other doctor in all my life. They prescribe medicine without talking to me about it
