This ENT office is a SCAM--stay away. Before booking, I asked about costs since I had a free ENT option through my school but it was far. They assured me it would only be a $20 co-pay, so I went in. Dr. Bansal cleaned one ear--nothing more.THREE MONTHS later, I got a bill for approx. $150 with no explanation. I reached out to their billing department, customer service, and secretary, and every time I was told someone would get back to me--including the manager, who never called. They could not even tell me why the Dr. billed my ear cleaning as a PROCEDURE or why it states that they did not charge my insurance for three months. No one ever gave me a single answer.I'm paying this to avoid collections, but their dishonesty, lack of transparency, and awful customer service are unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. DO NOT make an appointment. SO unprofessional called me when the CT scan office performed the wrong CT scan on me... Instead of calling the CT scan office why call the client??? I had to do 2 CT scans as a 19-year-old exposed to so much radiation and went through all of that for nothing. Why nothing? Well, instead of making the process faster for removing the bump behind my ear, there has been almost 2 months of waiting for nothing. I called the office; the front desk does not give rats... about any patient and their concerns. Once I complained, they sent me a lovely email saying I was discharged from 'their practice.' SO YOU'RE TELLING ME I WAITED TWO MONTHS AND DID 2 CT SCANS EXPOSED TO RADIATION FOR NOTHING TO NOT EVEN GET MY SURGERY DATE? My blood is boiling. They get a -Infinite rating from me. So unprofessional.

It is hard to contact her regarding paperwork like test results etc. When she goes over delicate results such as biopsies, she does it in an unprofessional manner. When I asked her questions about my results, she immediately went to referring me to a doctor who I could reach for 2 weeks.
