Run
Dr and staff extremely rude and judgemental. It's their way or the highway. They do not take the parents concerns, requests into consideration even if parent is a RN. Would not provide my asthmatic son a pulmonology referral even though their failed to properly control his asthma for the last 6 months. Her NP's in the office are even worse, but she will defend them even when they're totally in the wrong.

Dr. Beck is experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and simply the best pediatrician I have seen. Been with her since she moved locations several years ago and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I would highly recommend taking your kids to Dr. Beck if you live anywhere close to Barry County, no one else better around, I promise that. Dr. Beck has always provided wonderful care. She is thoughtful, takes time at each visit, and is an awesome doctor.

The last encounter I had with her office was completely rude,and disrespectful. I work in healthcare myself. And I wouldn't think of ever treating anyone like this. And then to have her the Dr defend staff that was so disrespectful. Is a shame.

Absolute WORST experience ever with a pediatrician. The NP has allowed my son to hit his head on the wall twice when completely avoidable, and had the nerve to tell me that "you may as well be smoking around him" because we have cats...no one in my household smokes and we take incredibly good care of my son. The one and only time in 6 months I was given an appointment with Dr.Beck she was helpful, but if you expect to actually see the doctor, you should go elsewhere. The NP is terrible.
