Dr. Fowler misdiagnosed our child and ignored our concerns, causing his infection to get worse, causing irreparable damage that may have been prevented. It was a difficult diagnosis and we do not blame Dr/ Fowler for not knowing the issue, but for not admitting she did not know, realizing how serious it was, and not telling us to go directly to the ER. She also never apologized or addressed her failure w/ us. She also has a terrible bedside manner. We switched pediatricians right after this.

Had my first visit today and was very impressed with the whole process, check in was fast for a new patient, I had eye test done within 5 min of checking in, Dr Fowler was with me less than 10 min after that. She spent about 30 min with me explaining procedure from start to finish and every thing that would happen in between. She went over my entire medical and family history and was helpful in deciding what options to go with.
