Only have good things to say
Dr Buono gets high marks in so many areas. I want to leave a balanced review but I really don't have anything negative to say.She's highly knowledgeable- I've never known her to give unsound advice, and she is a walking encyclopedia. She is great with kids, totally disarming and really knows how to talk to them. She has high standards for how she runs her practice. She makes sure that the things that need to be done right are done by her, and she also does innovative things like a drive through clinic for multiple vaccines.

Exceptional Pediatrician
I actually met Dr. Buono while coaching GOTR. Watching her with children didn't surprise me that she was a pediatrician by profession. We decided to switch to her West Caldwell Office in January and we could not be happier with the service she provides to our 3 children who range in ages 9-17. She listens to our concerns and provides options that are safe and comfortable for everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Buono!

Today was my daughter's first visit and honestly, I couldn't be more happy. I didn't feel rushed at all. She LISTENED which is major, and she has great bedside manner as well. The dr took her time and throughly explained everything that was mentioned. She was patient and din't over-talk me. I love how she interacted with my daughter. She was great with her, my daughter is curious as most children are and the Dr welcomed her being herself. I'm so happy I was referred to her.

I went in with my partner. Dr. Buono addressed my partner 98 percent of the time with verbal and eye contact. I was left standing there with very little acknowledgment l. It was very odd and disconcerting. I felt secondary, but I’m co parent. It shouldn’t be this way.

I have taken my son (now 3) to Dr. Buono since birth and she is now seeing my newborn daughter. Dr. Buono is so compassionate and caring. As a new mom, she put my nerves at ease time and time again. She validates all my concerns and questions and always takes the time to address them. While her new location is a bit further from us, there was no hesitation to follow her even though it meant a longer drive. We have been to the new office and the ladies at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. We love Dr. Buono and trust her completely with the care of our children.
