My checkups felt rushed, she does not listen to understand my concerns and she provided a cookie cutter response via MyChart without understanding my current lifestyle. There was no thought whatsoever given to her response and it demonstrated how little she cares to understand her patients and their needs. She is a terrible fit for me.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Diede. She listens, shows compassion, takes the time needed to be thorough; never makes me feel like she is rushed. She has called me back personally if the situation warrants, and is prompt in taking care of matters with referrals, prescriptions, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Diede.

Not compassionate. Abrupt and talks about patients in the hallways. Not professional. She needs an attitude adjustment to work in family care.

It would be hard to find a doctor equally as unfriendly and uncaring as this woman. I left her office feeling worse than when I entered- as if I was really putting her out by being there. I've switched facilities and doctors and couldn't be happier, having since been treated and diagnosed properly.

Dr. Dede is the most unfriendly, cold doctor I have ever experienced in my life. No smile, no personality, all business. Made me feel like I was intruding upon her time. I would go to urgent care before having to go to her if no other clinic providers were available.
