I called this office to be a new patient and was rudely greeted by a man at the front desk. He was not helpful and continued to speak to me like I was some problem. He actually told me he did not want to schedule my appointment because people don’t show up? Odd comment for someone who doesn’t know me and since I was seeking help very disheartening. Someone like this should not be working in a mental health office.

I have a horrible experience today on the phone with the front desk man. I work in the hospital and didn’t know I had an appointment, missed their called and could not call back due to protocol in my hospital with phones & they charged me 240 dollars bc I missed my appointment!! Not to mention the attitude the front desk man had. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend.

I am a therapist who gladly refers clients to her. She is very well qualified with knowledge and genuine caring about her patients. The clients I have referred have been helped by her medical knowledge and by her genuine caring.

Dr. Holland is a nice professional. Her receptionist however is completely incompetent, unhelpful and for it to be a office treating people with mental health issues completely non cooperative or caring. She makes no effort to return calls and makes every interaction difficult. I change doctors solely b/c of the receptionist.

Dr. Holland herself is very attentive and helpful, if a bit of an odd person. She's a rapidfire talker and a bit odd but she takes the time to listen which is a great experience. The problem is her nightmarishly awful, poorly run office. I have never encountered a less pleasant, less helpful human being that her receptionist. She has messed up my schedule and done nothing to fix it, hung up the phone on me, and threatened to call the cops on me for being in the waiting room on the wrong day.

She was a God send for my daughter dealing with the onset of her depression and anxiety which wasn't helped by her medical doctor or therapist. She changed our lives for the better with the medications she prescribed. She really knows what she is doing.

I had been on a medication for years as part of a pain management program. One drug caused extreme side affects and was very difficult to get off of. Amy was great at helping me slowly get off this medicine and provided treatments to balance my brain and encourage brain cell development. I am very happy to be off of this and thankful. Reading on line so many people were unable to get off of this medication. Now I research any drug prescribed before taking it! I have recommended her to many .

She is all about collecting your money upfront, then making you wait forever to have your 15 minutes with her. She was not concerned about patient's issues, just a number in the crowd of money she was stamping with an RX and moving on. She queues patients in 2 different rooms (on top of front waiting room) to try to have fast turnover and stacking of $175.00- 190.00 per visit fee. Do yourself a favor find another doctor.

I saw Dr. Holland for many years and she was very good! If I was running late, she would even do a phone session with me. I also was able to reach her after hours, in an emergency! I always felt comfortable with her and never rushed.
