I have yet to actually be seen by Dr Nance
The practitioner that saw me seemed very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and we were able to come to an agreement on a plan of action. This was my second visit since Dr DelaPuerta retired and both times have been with the practitioner, not Dr Nance.

Dr. Nance far exceeded my expectation.
I was very nervous about going, for fear of a reoccurrence. My first time with cancer left me with PTSD because of some gaslighting. Dr. Nance was kind, listened and understood my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable and respected and most importantly, heard. And, I appreciated her response that was more wait and see.

Thorough
Dr Nance my physician was very thorough in reviewing my medical history and efficient. She was open to any questions or misunderstandings I had regarding abnormal lab results and possible diagnosis. Giving thorough explanations. She suggested Medical follow up in a reassuring manner.

Finding a new doctor
I am in need of a hematologist and have been pretty nervous about it. Dr Nance had a very pleasant bedside manner that helped to soothe my concerns while being honest about my situation. I am very happy with both Dr Nance her clinical staff and the front office was a very efficient team.

Dr. Nance was a very professional and exceptional person. Very friendly, very kind. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The girl that took my blood was the sweetest of sweets. The doctor was the sweetest of sweets, and the girl at the Front Desk, was just like a big sister. Everybody is very nice, very kind, and very sweet.

Florida Cancer Specialists is great. It has been great for years. I`ve been going there for about twelve years. The only thing I`ve noticed is that in the last year, it has been more a push people through. I understand there`s a lot of people there, but the personal touch has been lost. The professional touch is not, but the personal touch has been lost because the people are so rushed, and it`s so noticeable.
