I’m a new patient, my previous Doctor retired after I’d been seeing him for 40 years. So I was a bit worried .. but I found Dr. Neal to be kind, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Highly recommended.

Just after discovering I have a major medical condition, Amy Neal dropped my wife and I as patients us without warning. Even though the extent of my condition has not been fully explained or examined, she dropped us, right in the middle of a global pandemic. Getting a referral to a specialist has been difficult, and her staff has not been helpful or kind in their aid. Not that it matters now that she is no longer taking new patients, she cares more about her career than people. I would not recommend her.

I can't recommend Dr. Neal highly enough. After I've seen her, I always feel well-treated and confident that I've received great medical care. She is wonderful about sharing information. Also, if you have ambiguous symptoms, she doesn't make you feel like an idiot about them; she takes them seriously.

Very happy w/Dr Neal- in addition to being trained in traditional medicine, she is very well versed on current issues. She also is a good communicator and always answers any questions I have- even submitted to her via computer!

Dr. Neal takes time to listen, offer alternatives, and promotes the feeling that she really cares about you and the outcome of an ordered treatment. Unfortunately, I don't always find that support staff carries out making her referrals correctly (or sometimes at all).
