Dr Paul was on time. She was very thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns.

in and out in 15 minutes, so how can you tell if the doc is good? they have done this all 3 times I've been in over the last 15 years. Diagnosis? One word. Prognosis? not offered. no questions encouraged without impatience. office staff said they'd call in the prescription, but didn't. then said they'd call me back when they got to the bottom of the problem, but didn't,so I left the pharmacy without it. booked 3 months out. I guess that's the service you give when you are almost a monopoly but I am very underwhelmed and will take my treatment elsewhere if I can.

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Paul and trust her with my cosmetic care. Even though I know she has a busy appointment schedule because she is so sought after for care, she takes the time with me to feel important. I appreciate her and her staff.

She is always in a hurry and I always walk away wondering if I hadn't shown her everything she would have caught issues. Fairly brusque manner.

As long as you do not get your appointment and your sons appointment times crossed up if you are a new patient I am sure you will be fine. But who knows. If you miss the first one by a half hour no options don't ever talk to us again.

Dr. Paul is very professional, explains procedures well, and devotes herself totally to the patient. As far as my experience, she is the most knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever known. I am very pleased with her care, and feel very confident in her decisions and advice. Highly recommend this physician and the clinic she is associated with.
