Dr. Amy Valet, MD

I was eagerly looking forward to my final micro needling session with Dr. Amy Valet, but was shocked when I was informed that my appointment had been rescheduled without my consent. After explaining my situation, I was bluntly presented with only two options: either reschedule because Dr. Valet was too busy to see me herself, or proceed with her PA. This procedure is quite expensive, and to be treated as if my investment means nothing is deeply disappointing. If you're fine with feeling undervalued after paying top dollar for their services, then by all means choose Traceside Dermatology. I'm still waiting for the before and after pictures that were promised to be emailed to me by the doctor. And to add insult to this matter, they even had the audacity to give me a letter 'dismissing' me as a patient, as if I would ever consider returning to such a place.

I see Dr. Valet once a year and it always feels like she's in a hurry and doesn't have time to talk to or listen to me. When I ask questions, she blows them off as if they were stupid questions and I need to get over it. She has done a good job making me feel unimportant.

Dr. Amy Valet is a very caring and intelligent doctor. Her office is very clean and neat and her staff are excellent.

Dr Amy Valet did an excellent job of explaining my diagnosis and her instructions on my follow up treatment at home were very clear. I found her to be kind and caring, I never felt she needed to rush to her next patient. The front office staff and Dr Valet's assistant were lovely and welcoming as well.

Never. Did not spend any time solving my problem or telling me what to do to avoid more of the same. She spent more time telling me about the cost of solving my issues than solving them.

BEST DR OFFICE EVER! From the first phone call to the office visit to even getting my prescriptions from the pharmacy was just flawless. Never had so much compassion and care from the Dr and staff from any office I've been too! Doesn't get much Better than Dr Amy!

Dr. Valet is AMAZING! She is so thorough with her patients! She spent a lot of time in the room listening to all of my skin issues. She also gave me a treatment option that fixed my skin and was affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend her! she is a wonderful dermatologists!

Dr. Valet was absolutely awful. She was not even trying to listen to my daughter who went to her for ringworm. We waited 45 minutes to see her, she said "yeah, that's ringworm." she then proceeded to give my daughter EXPIRED samples for her rash. I told her that her PCP said that this may be a symptom of something else. Dr. Valet basically said that this wasn't a big deal and did nothing. VERY poor service

Everybody loves Dr. Valet. She's one of the most highly trained Dermatologists in Nashville and she's so kind, compassionate, and good at her job, no wonder her office is always bustling. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, though, and she always takes such careful time answering my questions. Her kind staff put me at ease, too. I used to travel 45 minutes to see her, but LOVE her beautiful new convenient location! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Amy for years, super excited to see her at her new location! She has taken care of my family and my skin care and even removed a skin cancermy my mother and myself. Truly lucky to have such a caring Dr! Highly recommend her for all your skin care needs!
