Awesome Doctor
Not sure what the other reviews are saying Dr. Phan is awesome she does listen to everything you have to say gives great advice based on your situation and overall has a great and friendly personality I have never had an issue with her at all and the things she has suggested have worked out great for me she gets an A in my book thanks Dr. Phan

Worst PCP ever
I would not send my worst enemy to this provider. She is dismissive, doesn't listen, and makes judgments on care without seeing the patient. She does not seem to use any evidence based method to her care either.

Unprofessional & Difficult to work with
Refuses to refill prescriptions unless she sees you every 6 months. Every time I need a script call, they debate with me for weeks over simple refills like birth control. It's bizarre. She's also Obsessed with weight and the BMI Scale.
