She takes her time and listens. Amazing doctor, the best in Batavia

As a complicated medical patient I can't say how much I appreciate Dr. Borge'. She always takes the time I need at my appointments, sometimes more then I want, just to make sure we are on the same page for treatment. She makes sure I have made all my outside her office appointments, eyes, feet all those fun diabetic things and if I have any concerns. Would I recommend, my husband and children now see her too! We love her patient tender heart with a little bit of push I need to keep on track!

I have been a patient of Dr. Of Anna's for several years on and off ( due to insurance changes) i tried other doctors and none compared with her in any way. She is simply a joy to have as my primary care physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a stellar memory, takes time to listen and respond to all your health concerns. She has great amount of patience and a huge heart. Love being a team with her in my healthcare. She has seen me through many health situations + the death of my husband

Don't judge her by the staff that works at the Albion office that she used to work at. We are looking to get out of there it is a terrible experience every time we go there. Not from the medical staff, from office staff and the way they handle their part of patient care. Bad experiences with Albion shouldn't be held against the medical staff there in the past nor those there now.

Disorganized office working in the stone ages. Nurse talks down to patients and providers do not listen to patients concerns or conduct thorough exams. Sitting in the ER now because they didn't check a diabetic patients foot despite complaints of pain. He has a giant ulcer on his heel. This should be something checked every visit. Looks good for a new doctors.

first time I went to office in ALBION electricty went out just as walking into exam room. She wrote down everything we we said . Second time went to office she had no record of my being there before. CVS called there office for a refill never responded back. They finally had to call my cardiologist for the refill' never recommend her to anyone

I inquired about becoming a new patient and had the worst experience with the staff at the office. The process went on for more than 4 weeks related to disorganization and poor response from the office staff. I finally decided that this was unacceptable and voiced unhappiness. I asked for my medical records from my former doctor to be returned to me and received rude and unprofessional treatment from the secretary. I never met Dr. Borge, but my experience with her staff was poor and frustrating.

she is a great dr but is no longer at orleans community health center..this needs to be updated
