We’ve always had great experiences. With my oldest we had a different provider who made me feel terrible about her small frame every time we had her yearly appointments. When my son was born, Dr Lusero came into the room at the hospital to introduce herself and made a great first impression. After our first appointment with her 2.5 years ago, we switched both kids over to her and have no complaints. She’s friendly and courteous, really cares about the kids and their health.

Dr. Lusero is amazing! She explains everything to me and answers all my questions. She is great with my chold lyric and I have no complaints. She is always so cheerful and is a very encouraging doctor.

Absolutely horrible environment. Canceled my sons physical he needed the day before he had surgery. Canceled a school physical I made 3 months ago, so Dr. Lusero could go to a conference. Told me they didn't care that he had to have a physical to get into school. Dr Lusero is rude and condescending, as are her front desk staff. Defiantly need education in patient rights, and giving good patient care. I am not surprised as she works for St Thomas More Physicians Group. DO NOT GO HERE

Rude. We drove over an hour for a new patient visit. We were 10 minutes late and she wouldn't condense the appointment, which is basically weighing and listening to the lungs and heart. Give me a break. We have been at that office many times with other children and waited well over 10 minutes in some cases. Janet Krine has been great but after today we will not return to this practice. It's clear what their focus is.
