We loved our experience here and felt so supported through our testing, 2 unfortunate losses, and then ultimately a successful start of pregnancy. Even though we ended up needing very minimal treatment, we could not have imagined going through this journey without the excellent staff and resources from FIH.

We had a great experience with the Fertility Institute of Hawaii. Everyone was very kind, we got answers quickly and appointments were scheduled promptly. They were accommodating with our schedule and the wait times were very reasonable at each appointment. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Karmon and Alyssa were fabulous to work with. Alyssa was always supportive, positive and communicative. We went through a few treatments with a break in between, and when we came back Dr. karmon remembered us and gave me all of my options moving forward. We so appreciate the staff here!

Dr. Karmon and her staff were truly god sent. My experience with fertility Institute of Hawaii was nothing but great from starting treatment to finally getting pregnant. My husband and I will forever be grateful.

Alyssa and Dr. Karmon were AMAZING! They were extremely patient with us, took the time to answer every little question and crazy fear we had, and just were always there for us. Zoey, Emily, and the entire staff were always so friendly, and made our entire journey so much more comfortable.

The staff at FIH are completely amazing. They all made me feel so welcome. I new from the first moment I met Dr. Karmon, Alyssa and their staff that I was in good hands and would be taken care of. They don't just treat you like a patient, they treat you like a friend. If not for FIH my family would not have been possible. Thanks to them I have a healthy and beautiful 21 month old daughter and am currently 12 weeks pregnant with my son. I have never felt so much gratitude towards a medical facility the way I do with FIH. They have made my dream of being a mother come true. Thank you for doing all you do!

I have loved working with Dr. Karmon, my coordinator Tina and all the staff at FIH! Everyone is knowledgeable, responsive and warm, which has been so critical during periods of uncertainty and with how challenging fertility treatment can feel. They are really incredible and we really trust them with our care.

This practice is very patient, full of knowledge, & listen to your needs. I’d like to give a shoutout to Chandra because she went out of her way to make sure I had all the knowledge possible when doing treatment. Also, Dr. Karmon who completed my surgery was gentle & I felt like I was prepared before & after the surgery. Chandra & Dr. Karmon changed my life! In a good way of course. Thank you!!!!!!!

Dr Karmon and nurse Jae were both amazing in helping my husband and I through the first couple of ultrasounds for our new bundle of joy. I wish we could stay with them through the whole process as they are that amazing.

Our experience at the Fertility Institute was exceptional. After having subpar experiences with other medical facilities on island, from the day we began at Fertility Institute, everything changed. From reception to billing to the medical staff, everyone is on the same page and willing to go above and beyond to help patients. Words can’t express our gratitude to everyone at the Fertility Institute for their help in getting us pregnant!

I spent 1.5 years with another clinic and it didn’t get me anywhere. I switched to Fertility Institute of Hawaii and got pregnant in 2 months. Dr Karmon and the nurses Jae and Chandra are fantastic. They’re very knowledgeable, and they spent time with you when you have questions or concerns. The staffs there are also very responsive.

Absolutely loved working with Dr. Karmon, Tamara and all of the staff at Fertility Institute of Hawaii. They provided such excellent customer service that made the clinic a 2nd home. Big Mahalo to Zoe for being an absolute angel. Her calming presence helped me get through every blood draw while dealing with a needle phobia. I have recommended Ferility Institute of Hawaii to others that have shared with me their need for family planning assistance.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Karmon for all the hard work she have done for us at our fertility journey at FIH. She’s a very smart, kind and amazing doctor. She’s by far the best doctor I have ever work with. I would say she’s a BABYMAKER. IVF is a long journey and very stressful but having Dr. Karmon, Alyssa (my nurse coordinator) and everyone at FIH made me feel like everything will be alright and better days were just around the corner. Again, I would highly recommend DR. Karmon as the best fertility doctor in world. I will forever be grateful to her.

I am so thankful for FIH. Dr.Karmon is amazing. I was terrified to try and get help with fertility treatments. Being plus size limits your treatment options at some clinics. FIH never treated me different. I felt the same as everyone else there. Our IVF coordinator Alyssa is the best nurse I know. Dr. Karmon was always quick to answer questions. She was always so supportive. We are now expecting our miracle baby.

My doctor and staff made the whole experience so much easier. They were always there to answer my questions and a pleasure to see them during my office visits. We were very happy with the quality and expertise they provided.

Dr Karmon and the entire office provided the absolute best service we could possibly receive. Everybody in the office was friendly and extremely helpful each time we went in. We never felt judged or unheard. We are so absolutely grateful for everything the Fertility Institute has done for us. Everyone was very nice and welcoming from the first appt. Lots of info and answers all questions from all staff. I hate needles and Zoey was great taking blood. Made it very easy.

Fertility Institute is the BEST. I had a wonderful experience with all staff I came in contact with. Sara Lutey (IVF Coordinator), she was so attentive and caring! There was never a dumb question I could ask her! She made the experience. Dr. Karmon was very knowledgeable and honestly the sweetest. Less than 2 years of working with the FIH team and we are expecting our little miracle in April 2024. Thank you all for the wonderful experience, we will definitely be returning in the future!
