She listened and spent time with me. She’s no longer in Casper but I was so sad to lose her as my physician

She didn't listen and changed a prescription without telling her patient. The worst part is I already told her the other medication wouldn't be covered by insurance. The result was a $500 bill at the pharmacy. When I brought it to the attention of her staff they said they would call me back the next business day and I didn't hear from them. So, three days later I called and they said "we told someone to tell you that we are keeping it the same anyways." I'm shocked and will not go back there.

Dr. Voinov is one of the best doctors here in casper wyoming-she listens and she takes care of your problems-she makes you feel at ease and you will see she is in no hurry to get out the door-she spends all the time it takes to take care of you-she is one in a million and we have her here !!!!! SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR !!!!

Dr. Voinov is the best doctor in Casper. Her staff are amazing too! Dr. Voinov and her staff are so personable, genuine and so up to date on treatments.

Dr. Voinov is the best doctor ever! She is so approachable; I connected with her right away. She showed real concern about me, did not keep looking at her watch like some doctors do. I felt that she really wanted to help me. Dr. Voinov is very knowledgeable and pin pointed the cause of my condition right away. I am immensely grateful to her and will be her patient as long as I am in Casper.

She is very knowlegeable about her job as a doctor I havnt been to her but a couple times but will continue I really really like her so far and I dont anticipate that changing.
