Misdiagnosed a newborn
The person was admitted to the hospital with failure to thrive, me and my fiancé requested to be followed up by an ENT. When he entered we expressed our concern about him having a lip and tongue tie in which we were told he definitely didn’t. 8 months later we ended up with a gtube because he wasn't latching right, so me and my fiancé took it upon our selfs to get a second opinion. Come to find out 8 months later he had one of the worst tongue and lip ties possible and all the side effects of it where his original problems. So no we will not be using a ENT at Children’s Hospital anymore.
