Very nice and professional
I’m a new patient and so far she seems like a really good doctor. She’s going to be performing surgery on me and she made sure to put me at ease, giving me all of the relevant information and details and answered any/all questions I had which made me feel much more comfortable. I had to move my surgery twice and her nurse Maria and Dr Arguello herself were just so patient and helpful! Very good experience.

Absolutely worst OB I’ve ever had. She doesn’t connect or care whatsoever about her patients. She told me my due date was my last menstrual period which it would have been impossible to be. Then the next time I came in she didn’t know how far along I was or what I measured when she came in to talk to me. She told me I was “12 something and measured 13 something or whatever.” It was concerned and unprofessional. I also confided in her about my past sexual trauma and also prior traumatic OB experience and why I chose her in my search for an OB and she said I should transfer somewhere else that was an all female OB. She didn’t care whatsoever. I am transferring my care after my recent tests come in, but I wanted to pass along that she now goes in my terrible past experiences pile.

I just started seeing Dr. Arguello when I found out I was pregnant. My experiences so far at her office in grapevine has been very pleasant wait time is super quick and the staff has been so friendly. She always takes time to answer any of my questions and my concerns. If there is a slight concern with myself or baby she takes the extra steps to make sure nothing going on and not just brushing it off. Im.lookimg forward to continuing this journey with her duing the remainder of my pregnancy and of course after!

This was my first visit to a GYN office, I was nervous and felt uneasy, thankfully Dr. Arguello and her staff made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I felt a sense of pride that my doctor had students learning from her in the office. What a great place for adolescent patients to experience their first gynecologist visit!!

Saw Dr Arguello for the first time in Jan after moving to Texas. We talked about birth control, I asked for my refill on pills I have been on for years. She tried to push sterilizing me due to my advanced age (42). Wow! Said I will continue on pill until at least next year. Long story short, I had to be seen twice in a few months just because I was new to her practice and needed birth control but I am otherwise healthy. Greedy. Had to wait 1 hour past appt time and crowded waiting rooms.

Doctor Arguello has a wonderful amazing staff working with her everyone at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful and their Also patient with you everyone here makes me feel special they show you that they care I would recommend this doctor to all my friends and family !

Not very informative when asked questions and very simple and short with answers. There was not much she really did for me during my pregnancy besides check vitals and scrape membrane during my last week of pregnancy. Wouldn't really recommend to family or friends.

I was left waiting for an hour. There had been an emergency, yet I was not rescheduled. It was extremely cold in the office. The office staff did not explain anything and almost did not give me a cover for my body. Then, I was left sitting on the table thirty min. Cold and back hurting until the Dr. Arguello came in.

I heard about MacArthur from a few friends of mine, so when I found out I was pregnant I called them and I couldn't be more happier with my choice on obgyn care! They are always so friendly and welcoming and answer any questions you have, and believe me I had a lot of questions. Dr. Andrea Arguello have been a phenomenal with each visit and has given me clarification on any health issue throughout my pregnancy. This experience with visiting MacArthur OB/GYN in Euless, TX is clean, friendly, and comforting. Coming from overseas, Hawaii (military), my past experience with my first child had been a struggle, but I am content with my provider (Dr. Arguello) and will continue visiting until otherwise.
