Horrible horrible horrible is the only way to put it and such a waste of your insurance.. at this point this location is open to serve with absolutely NOOO purpose the staff is the worst they hang up on you/w no callback it’s actually the worst experience I’ve ever had with any new provider I changed my PCP faster than I could blink .. attempting to support people of color such as myself, and this one was not the right move. My suggestion don’t waste your time.

I've never met a more rude staff and doctor in my life. For some reason, she is a hothead who quickly resorts to name-calling (called me a fool multiple times) and shockingly misogynistic insults. This woman parked her car in front of mine and would not even let me back out, while continuing to insult me through my window. The staff was equally rude. I do not recommend anybody visit this unprofessional doctor when there are many other great doctors nearby.

Unfortunately, the customer service from the front office was unprofessional and unfriendly. The tone of the office personnel when speaking to them was unwelcoming to anyone let alone a new client. Additionally, if you're looking for a doctor for severe cases and need a referral, you won't stand a chance in receiving an appointment for months. I hope this review was helpful.

Look at the reviews!!! The low scoring ones are on target. You are a fool to go here. The place is very unprofessional. Run fast, if you don't you deserve just what you get.

I left Dr. BROWN'S office feeling very upset and frustrated. She is very unfrossional & insensitive to my situation and basically tried to tell me how to greive. Saying that my job may look at me differently and may not promote me due to a leave. I even mentioned the stress leading up to my father's passing and she completely disregarded my feelings. She is being reported for her blatant disregard for the well being of her patients.

Both Dr. Brown and her PA have always been very polite and considerate to me. Sometimes I have to wait longer than I want to, but her bedside manner is good, and she does listen and respond to her questions I have been going to her for years.

Dr. Andrea and Assistant are very unprofessional never contact me regarding test results, I have to call many times yet never receive a response from the nurse. When trying to refill a prescription they wont respond to pharmacy or return patient calls, I received help from front desk and they informed me that I needed to see the doctor. I am now in office and Dr. Brown didn't know what test she performed on me...went to get results and I've been waiting for 30 min.review pay attention to review

I don't go to Dr Brown, I go to her PA but they ALL in that office need training in professionalism. I've been going for awhile b4 they moved to that location on Pleasant Run. They're loud and laughing in an area where patients are waiting in office. I'm soo disappointed in the lack of seriousness in the staff and having a job in the medical field. To the staff: Take your job serious keep up to date on new thgs and codes that affect the patient, be professional, take pride and hv integrity.

In all my years of going to a family doctor, Dr. Andrea Brown is by far the WORST, the RUDEST, and the most UNPROFESSIONAL person/woman/doctor I've ever met and been to. Her bedside manners are horrible, she must have gotten her doctrine degree by proxy, or it may have been a hoax. I will never recommend her to anyone. She gets no rating from me. Four thumbs down!!!
