Dr. Andrea Halperin, MD

Dr. Halperin is an excellent doctor. I have seen many doctors, and he is the best. He is very smart, but also warm and caring. It is a rarity to find such a wonderful doctor. This is a very welcoming environment, with a friendly staff and beautifully renovated, light and cheerful, office.

Dr. Halperin is the best doctor I have ever gone to. He is thoughtful, patient and brilliant.

I went back to Dr. Halperin for another cosmetic procedure. His work is subtle and perfect! I am so pleased with how great my face looks. Dr. Halperin is so incredibility talented. His is also extremely smart and caring. He answered all my questions and gave me excellent advice. Also thank you to the office staff, who alway make my visits such a pleasure.

Immediately found a problem and addressed it appropriately and with compassion as well as fully explaining the issue.

Watching the staff be rude to patient is too painful. And since you’ll be waiting forever, you will have lots of time to observe.

Always need to wait

I have been under the care of Dr. Halperin for more than 20 years. I have full faith and confidence in him and have always been more than satisfied with his care. I have recommended him to literally dozens of people over the years.

Peter Halperin is extremely dangerous doctor. He does nothing but charge a lot and he tries to get from both insurance and patient. He got a lot of money for nothing from the insurance and sent a bill for something he never did. He cheats with the insurance

Dr. Halperin's office waiting room is very small, has rather poor dim lighting, and, when I was there, it was very hot and stuffy. It was very crowded, and there were no amenities--no music, no television, no AC. I found the doctor to be technically competent, but rather dismissive of my problem. He sort of poked fun, and refused to take my issue seriously even though I was quite worried. He was mot in the least empathetic, and seemed to consider me as a joke! Go elsewhere!

Dr Halperin is a genius. He was able to solve my skin problem after I unsuccessfully saw several other dermatologists. He takes his time, is very thorough and answered all my questions. Besides that, he discussed my concerns and was very supportive. He is a sincere, excellent Doctor.

The doctor was friendly enough. I needed a minor cryoablation and was not made aware that this would result in a surgical fee of several hundred dollars above the co pay. When I complained I was told by the billing coordinator the staff warned me of this. I am a physician and have no memory of such a conversation. In addition I was told it was my job to know my insurance. I was very upset and felt that I was not properly informed about a high bill for a 45 second procedure.

I adore Doc Halperin. His staff is another topic and am afraid the negative of them outweighs the positive of him. Had seen them be rude to more than a few, when it gets to elders it hurts. When it too with other unfriendly staff members, its just much to much to take. Am not weak link, but there are limits and the limits were met today when trying to set an appt and settle a old bill which I knew nothing about. It was my third call along same lines to other office, but the only unpleasant one.

He is very friendly and has always made me feel at ease during the examinations. The few times I've had biopsy's done, he's walked me through the entire procedure.
