Consult and surgery
She was very thorough in explaining the situation, risk and what the procedure was to remediate the issues. She was going down the list of items and I was convinced by item 4 it needed to be done. She took the time to answer all questions before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend her and I have to friends that needed similar surgery.

Dr Hanick and staff are superb
I had a cyst on my face. First appointment needed to be rescheduled (no problem). Second appointment was a consult. Third appoint was supposed to be the procedure, but the area was infected really bad. I wanted the sucker removed so badly that I begged Dr Hanick to remove it now. She stood her ground (which I am grateful). She gave me stronger antibiotics that helped with the infection, pain and pressure! She then worked on getting me in to have it removed once the infection cleared. She didn't have to do juggle her hectic schedule to fit me but she did. I am so grateful she did! The procedure was smooth as silk! She was compassionate and checking on me to make sure I was doing okay during the procedure. The staff was wonderful! I did not have to baby sit them like I did with Dr Schiavo staff when it came to seeing if they called in a prescription!

Great bedside manner. Professional and personal. Performed surgery on my blocked saliva gland. 100 percent fixed. Treated ear infection others couldn't. I highly recommend her.
