Strikingly similar experience
I just had almost the same experience with Dr. Senter, word for word, as the previous reviewer. I had an agonizing couple of weeks waiting for an ultrasound appointment thinking that I might be back at square one of my cancer journey. I feared the worst when Dr Senter came in and repeated the ultrasound. I didn’t know until after that she had originally read my MRI and wasn’t exceptionally concerned but had ordered the ultrasound and biopsy. Something in the conversation or handling of that felt off which is what drew me to Googling and reviewing this provider, which I have never done before. I am not drawing any conclusions I was just struck by how similar my experience was. I don’t have the background to know if this was an overreaction or appropriate caution.

Dr. Senter's Ego
After suspicious finding on breast MRI, had follow-up ultrasound & tech couldn’t find anything. Suddenly a woman rushes in, introduces herself as Dr. Senter, grabs the ultrasound wand and vigorously searched for another 15 minutes! She was DETERMINED to find something because I learned she was the radiologist who read my MRI & recommended biopsy, refused to be wrong. She was so angry she couldn’t find anything, and even angrier when I said no way to a biopsy she still insisted on. Afterward, I called my breast doctor, explained what happened and asked for another radiologist to read my MRI. Two days later that radiologist called me, said she would NOT have recommended biopsy and was very understanding about my terrible experience. She asked if I wanted her to read my images from now on, which I will do. Because Dr. Senter was motivated more by her ego than patient care, I was sore for days and endured extreme emotional distress. I hope no other woman goes through what I did.
