In a city like Houston with its cutting-edge but assembly line medicine, it is very rare to find a doctor willing to go the extra mile for a patient. My husband has terminal cancer. Dr Gonzalez has gone above and beyond all expectations in accommodating my husband’s needs. His empathy and personalized care has made a huge difference in the quality of life my husband will have in his final months. I can never thank him enough for his kindness and caring. He is an exceptional man and a wonderful doctor.

Focused to the max
A detached retina is a scary event, but Dr. Gonzalez was extremely clear about procedure and potential outcomes. I felt well informed before my laser procedure, and his focus during the procedure was absolutely amazing and reassuring. When I was in the exam room with him he was totally focused on my case and answered any and all questions. I’ve been seen at both the Oracle Road location and in Green Valley, and at both places the entire staff was top notch.
